First Grader Prays During After School Program

We picked up the van riders this week for the after school program and we asked for a volunteer to pray for the trip.  A first grader volunteered and she prayed a beautiful and (I believe)Holy Spirit led prayer!  She thanked the Lord for the good work that the church is doing. She asked God to help the church continue to do His work.  It was such an encouragement to all the after school program volunteers! Wisdom and passion coming from such a young child on a van full of energetic students after school, had to be from God!

Psalm 8:2 Through the praise of children and infants you have established a stronghold against your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.

Continued prayers for the after school program is needed and appreciated!
