We recognize that as our community gets bigger, we have to get smaller.
It is difficult if not impossible for everyone to know everyone. As a result, we use small groups to connect people, to care for each other, to grow in our faith, and to reach out. These small groups are called Discipleship Families.
A Discipleship Family is a group of people committed to growing together through community and outreach. A Discipleship Family is not defined by a specific meeting but by the relationships of the people in it. People are linked together by common geography, common interests, or a common calling.

Each Discipleship Family will:
- Experience genuine community
- Engage in relational discipleship with each other
- Participate in a common mission together
